Animals scratching in wall and under the floor!

Sun rooms and 3 season rooms are often built with a crawl space underneath.  A customer called me as they were hearing scratching and clawing noises beneath their 3 seasons room.

After vacating the squirrels, chipmunks, and mice that living under the 3 seasons room, the current fencing was removed and a permanent barrier was constructed.

No more scratching and rustling = peace of mind!
